नेपाल ने नहीं दी दलाई लामा के जन्मदिन मनाने की इजाजत

नेपाल सरकार की इजाजत नहीं मिलने के कारण 07 जुलाई 2019 को दलाई लामा का जन्मोत्सव कार्यक्रम रद्द कर दिया गया. नेपाल सरकार ने इसके पीछे शांति व्यवस्था बिगड़ने की संभावना का हवाला दिया. नेपाल में लगभग 20,000 निर्वासित तिब्बती रहते हैं. इससे पहले, 06 जुलाई 2019 को तिब्बती समुदाय के इलाकों में भारी सुरक्षा बल तैनात था. इनमें एक बौद्ध मठ भी शामिल है, जहां दलाई लामा का 84वां जन्मदिन मनाया जाना था.

नेपाल के शिक्षण संस्थानों में हाल ही में चीनी भाषा को अनिवार्य कर दिया गया, हालांकि वहां की सरकार ने इस अनिवार्यता के निर्णय से किनारा कर लिया था. गौरतलब है कि 10 मार्च 1959 को चीनी शासन के खिलाफ विद्रोह के बाद हजारों तिब्बती शरणार्थी सीमा पार कर नेपाल में आ गए थे, जिसकी वजह से दलाई लामा को शरण मांगनी पड़ी थी.

इंडोनेशिया में 6.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप आया, जारी हुई सुनामी की चेतावनी

इंडोनेशिया में 07 जुलाई 2019 को भूकंप के तेज झटके महसूस किए गए. रिक्टर स्केल पर भूकंप की तीव्रता 6.9 बताई जा रही है. हालांकि किसी भी जान-माल के नुकसान की खबर नहीं है, लेकिन भूकंप के तेज झटकों के बाद नजदीकी तटीय इलाकों में सुनामी की चेतावनी जारी की गई है.

इंडोनेशिया में आए दिन भूकंप आता रहता है. इससे पहले 24 जून को भी इंडोनेशिया के मलकू प्रांत में तेज भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए थे. इंडोनेशिया में पिछली बार आए भूकंप की तीव्रता 7.7 दर्ज की गई थी. भूकंप का केंद्र मलकू बरतदया के 245 किलोमीटर उत्तर-पूर्व में समुद्र तल के नीचे 231 किलोमीटर की गहराई में था.

PUBG Mobile गेम को बैन करने वाला पांचवां देश बना जॉर्डन

जॉर्डन ने 06 जुलाई 2019 को ऑनलाइन मल्टीप्लेयर गेम PUBG से देश में नागरिकों पर हो रहे 'नकारात्मक प्रभावों' का हवाला देते हुए इसे बैन कर दिया. जॉर्डन के दूरसंचार नियामक आयोग ने कहा कि इसे बच्चे भी खेलते हैं जो कि बहुत 'खतरनाक' है. इसकी सबसे बड़ी वजह इस गेम से बच्चों और युवाओं के ऊपर पड़ने वाला बुरा असर बताया गया है.

इराक, नेपाल, इंडोनेशिया के आचे प्रांत और गुजरात के कुछ शहरों में भी PUBG पर प्रतिबंध है. PUBG Mobile को भारत सहित कई देशों ने बैन भी किया था. जॉर्डन की सरकार ने इस बैन के पीछे का कारण देश के नागरिकों पर पड़ रहे बुरे प्रभाव को बताया है. इससे पहले इस गेम पर इराक सरकार ने भी बैन लगा चुकी है.

श्रीलंका में भारत की मदद से बने पहले मॉडल गांव का उद्घाटन

श्रीलंका ने भारत की मदद से युद्ध प्रभावित लोगों हेतु एक आवास योजना के तहत अपने यहां बनाए गए पहले मॉडल गांव का उद्घाटन किया. भारत ने करीब 120 करोड़ रुपये के अनुदान से श्रीलंका में कुल 2,400 मकान बनाने के लिए आवास एवं निर्माण तथा संस्कृति मंत्रालय के साथ भागीदारी की है.

भारत ने 2,400 घर बनाने के लिए श्रीलंका के आवास निर्माण और संस्कृति मंत्रालय के साथ समझौता किया. भारत ने श्रीलंका में स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, आवास, कौशल विकास, विनिर्माण और व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण, मानव विकास संबंधी 70 से अधिक परियोजनाओं पर काम कर रहा है. इनमें से करीब 20 परियोजनाएं शुरू भी हो चुकी हैं.

हरियाणवी सिंगर व डांसर सपना चौधरी बीजेपी में शामिल

हरियाणवी सिंगर व डांसर सपना चौधरी 07 जुलाई 2019 को भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) में शामिल हो गईं. इस मौके पर भाजपा सदस्यता अभियान के प्रमुख तथा मध्य प्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान तथा भाजपा दिल्ली के अध्यक्ष व सांसद मनोज तिवारी समेत कई बड़े भाजपा के नेता मौजूद थे. सपना चौधरी ने लोकसभा चुनाव के दौरान कहा था कि भाजपा के लिए मैं पूरे भारत में प्रचार करने से पीछे नहीं हटूंगी.

ब्राज़ील के राष्ट्रपति ने बालश्रम की पैरवी की

ब्राज़ीली राष्ट्रपति जेयर बोल्सनारो ने बालश्रम का बचाव किया है. ब्राजील के राष्ट्रपति जेयर बोल्सनारो ने बार-बार बालश्रम का बचाव कर इस सप्ताह एक बार फिर विवाद को न्यौता दे दिया है. उन्होंने फेसबुक पर लिखा की ‘मैं तब से काम कर रहा हूं, जब मैं आठ साल का था’. उन्होंने इससे पहले कहा की ‘जब कोई आठ-नौ साल का बच्चा काम करता है तो कई लोग ‘जबरन श्रम' या ‘बालश्रम' कहकर इसकी निंदा करते हैं.'

ब्राजील के कानून के मुताबिक 16 से कम आयु के बच्चों का काम करना वर्जित है. देश में केवल प्रशिक्षु 14 वर्ष से काम कर सकते हैं. ब्राजील के भूगोल एवं सांख्यिकी संस्थान के मुताबिक ब्राजील में पांच से 17 वर्ष के करीब 25 लाख बच्चे या किशोर काम करते हैं.
